RESOLUTION No. 85-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
APPLICATION FOR GRANT TO
FUND ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
COUNCIL OF
AUTHORIZING
THE NARCO
WHEREAS, the Baldwin Park Police Department desires to
undertake a certain designated project, NABSCOM Narcotic and
Burglary Suppression Communications), to be funded from the
Narcotics Relinquishment and Criminal Offender Fund administered
by the NARCO Fund Advisory Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager,
Ralph Webb, of the City of Baldwin Park is authorized, on its
behalf to submit the Application for Grant to the NARCO Fund
Advisory Committee and is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of Baldwin Park the Grant Award project for general narcotic
law enforcement purposes including any extensions or amendments
thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that NARCO Funds received hereunder
shall not be used to supplant law enforcement and prosecutorial
expenditures controlled by this body.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
