A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A
BASIC SALARY PLAN CLASSIFIED SERVICE
STORN AND NON-STORN SAFETY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this
reference, marked Exhibits A", B", C", D", E", F", and G", is a
Basic Salary Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 2.56.170 of the Baldwin Park
Muncipal Code, relating to positions in the City's employment which are
designated and classed as Classified Service Sworn and Non-Swom Safety"
positions in such employ.
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this Resolution shall be
construed as guaranteeing to any employee or official of the City any
vested interest in any salary or position.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City
Manager, each departrrent head of the City and the P^sonnel Officer.

1. The Basic Salary Plan, as contained herein, relates to all
positions in the City's employment which are designated as
Classified Service Sworn and Non-Sworn Safety" positions
in such employ.
2. In the event of a conflict between this Plan and an approved
Menorandum of Understanding, the Memorandum of Understanding
shall take precedence.
