A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
A STREET EASEMENT RELATING TO 3752, 3736, 3716
MERGED AVENUE, AND 3767 AND 3769 BRESEE AVENUE
85-V-4)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that certain street
easement as shown in Exhibit A" attached hereto, and described in Exhibit
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of Section 8300
et. seq. of the Street and Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:00 pm on the 21st day of August, 1985,
is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at City Hall, located
at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, is hereby fixed as the place for hearing a11 persons
interested in the proposed vacation as above described.
SECTION 4. That the Director of Community Services shall cause
notice to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Street
and Highways Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall cause the same as to be published or posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day/rff July, 1985.

Page 40 of Maps, in the Office of the Recorder of County of Los Angeles,
within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Lot 17 said Tract distant
Easterly thereon 12.06 feet, from the most Northwesterly corner of said
Lot 17, said point being the beginning of a curve concave to the Northeast,
having a radius of 120 feet, tangent to a tine parallel with and 30 feet
Easterly, measured at right angles, from the Westerly tine of Lot 16 said
tract and tangent to a line parallel with and 30 feet Northeasterly, measured
at right angles from the Southwesterly tine of Lot 17 said tract; thence
Southeasterly along said curve to last mentioned parallel line; thence
Southeasterly along last mentioned parallel tine to the Southerly line of
said Lot 17; thence Westerly along said Southerly tine to the Southwesterly
tine of said Lot T7; thence Northwesterly along said Southwesterly line to
the Westerly line of said Lot 17; thence Northerly along said Westerly line
to said Northerly tine; thence Easterly along said Northerly tine to the
point of beginning.

A parcel of land 30 feet in width and 75 feet in length, being parallel
with the center-line of Bresee Ave., off of the most Westerly portion of
the following described parcel:
Being Lot 16, Tract No. 6285 in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 69, Page 40 of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.

the Westerly half of Lot 10, above mentioned Tract No. 718.

Beginning at a point on a line parallel with and 525 feet Northerly of the
Southerly boundary of Lot 10, Tract 718 in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as recorded in Book 17, Page 17 of Maps,
in the Office of the Recorder of said County, distant Easterly thereon 290
feet more or less from the Westerly boundary of said Lot 10, thence Easterly
10 feet more or less, along said line thence S14°47'20" E 54 feet, thence
N75° 12'40"W 25.5 feet to a point on a curve concave to the Southeast having
a radius of 194.65 feet»- thence Northeasterly along said curve 35 feet more
or less to an intersection with a curve concave Northwesterly having a
radius of 194.65 feet, thence along said curve 20 feet more or less to the
true point of beginning.
