HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985 059 CC RESO1985 059 CC RESO(Ììè†RESOLUTION NO. 85-59 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A STREET EASEMENT RELATING TO 3752, 3736, 3716 MERGED AVENUE, AND 3767 AND 3769 BRESEE AVENUE 85-V-4) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that certain street easement as shown in Exhibit A" attached hereto, and described in Exhibit SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of Section 8300 et. seq. of the Street and Highways Code of the State of California. SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:00 pm on the 21st day of August, 1985, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the place for hearing a11 persons interested in the proposed vacation as above described. SECTION 4. That the Director of Community Services shall cause notice to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Street and Highways Code. SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same as to be published or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
