A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-20
DESIGNATING A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA FOR
STUDY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
desires that the areas hereinafter described be studied to determine
if a redevelopment project within these areas is feasible; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that a redevelopment
project be initiated within these areas should it be found that such
a project is feasible; and
WHEREAS,
Redevelopment
provides that
resolution of
Section 33310 of the California Community
Law Health and Safety Code, Sections 33000, et seq.)
redevelopment survey areas may be designated by
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park hereby designates as an amended Redevelopment Survey Area
those areas described on Exhibit A-4", dated August 21, 1985
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park hereby finds that the said designated areas require study to
determine if a redevelopment project within the areas is feasible
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution. /
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day^of August, 1985.
