A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
SIGNING OF RETIREMENT APPLICATIONS BY
CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, as provided by law, from time to time the City desires to
file retirement applications on behalf of City employees; and
WHEREAS, the Public Employees' Retirement System has requested
this Council specifically designate those City Officers who are entitled to
sign such applications.
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the City Manager or the City Attorney is hereby designated
as the representative of the City of Baldwin Park for the purpose of signing
and filing retirement applications with the Public Employees' Retirement
System on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
