A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OF DUNDRY AVENUE ADJACENT TO 1603 N.
BIG DALTON AVENUE 85-V-7)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as
follows:
a) That in accordance with the provisions
of Public Streets Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law" Section 8300 et.seq. Streets and
Highways Code) the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park adopted a Resolution declaring its
intention to vacate a certain portion of a public
street/ to wit: a portion of Dundry Avenue adj-
acent to 1603 N. Big Dalton Avenue in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as is more described herein; and
b) That said Resolution and the Notice of
Street Vacation duly posted, all in the form, place,
time and manner required by law and all legal re-
quirements have been met; and
c) That this City Council, conducted the
hearing required by said Resolution of Intention
and heard all evidence offered in relation to the
proposed vacation, and considered the effect
thereof on the City's General Plan; and
d) That the portion of the public street
proposed for vacation hereunder is described as in
Exhibit B", attached hereto; and
e) That based upon the evidence, it is
founded hereby that said STREET AREA is not now
needed for future or present public purposes; nor,
is the same useful as a non-motorized transport-
ation facility; and
f) That the STREET AREA proposed for vac-
ation is as on Exhibit A", attached hereto, and
incorporated herein by this reference; and
g) That from and after the date of record-
ation of this Resolution, the above-described
STREET AREA shall no longer constitute a public
street.
SECTION 2. That, based upon the foregoing, the
said STREET AREA be, and hereby is, ordered vacated, as
an existing public street, provided that all of the ease-
ments and rights as described in Section 8340 a) of the
Streets and Highways Code, to which reference is hereby
made, are excepted and reserved.

That portion of Dundry Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, lying within Lot
30 of El Monte Walnut Place as per map recorded in Book 6,
Page 104 of Maps in the office of the Recorder of said County
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southerly corner of Lot 4 of Tract No. 43631
as filed in Book 1054, Pages 57 through 60 of said Maps;
thence along the Southeasterly and Southwesterly boundaries of
said Tract No. 43631: N 4^51131" E, 100.00 feet, and S 48°
09129!1 E 13.00 feet: thence continuing S 48 0912911 E 15.00
feet to the Northwesterly line S 41°50'3111 W 85.00 feet to the
beginning of a curve, concave Easterly, having a radius of
15.00 feet, tangent to said Northwesterly line and tangent to
the Northeasterly line of the Southwesterly 10.00 feet of said
Lot 30; thence Southerly along said curve to said
Northeasterly line; thence along said Northeasterly line N 48°
09'29" W 43.00 feet to the point of beginning.
