A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE
ISSUANCE BY THE BALDWIN PARK REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY PUENTE-MERCED REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
1985 TAX ALLOCATION NOTES
WHEREAS, the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency the
Agency" is a duly constituted public body, corporate and politic,
established pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the
State of California the Law"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the Agency has duly
authorized the issuance of $6,535,000 principal amount of its
Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency 1985 Tax Allocation Notes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park has reviewed said financing as proposed and
wishes to declare its approval thereof in accordance with Section
33640 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK as follows:
SECTION 1. The issuance by the Baldwin Park Redevelopment
Agency of $6,535,000 principal amount of its Baldwin Park Redevelop-
ment Agency 1985 Tax Allocation Notes, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from
and after the date of its passage and adoption.

Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
approved and passed at an ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING of the Baldwin
Park City Council on the 24th day of October, 1985, by the following
