HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985 108 CC RESO1985 108 CC RESO;¢fìùQRESOLUTION NO. 85-108 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the Govemnent Code, the Director of Administrative Services does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability of funds for payment thereof. SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period 10/06/85 through 11/02/85 inclusive, has been presented, ratified, and approved in the amount of $377,638.80- SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 44106 through 44244 inclusive, in the total amount of $520,024.50 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park have been presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same are hereby approved.
