A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE ANIMAL CONTROL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT
OF ANIMAL BOARDING FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Animal Control Services Agreement
with the County of Los Angeles is hereby amended to increase
the animal boarding fee from $3.50 per day to $4.25 per day
reflecting the cost of such services as determined by the
County Auditor-Controller.
SECTION 2. That said boarding fee under this agreement
is hereafter adjusted annually in an amount which reflects the
cost of such service as determined by the County Auditor-
Controller during the remaining period of this agreement.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and forward certified copies to
the Los Angeles County Auditor-Controller and the Baldwin
Park Police Department.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day ovember, 1985.
