A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF EXCESS BADILLO STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED ADJACENT TO BALDWIN PARK
HIGH SCHOOL 86-V-l
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby declare its intention to consider
the vacation of that certain street easement as shown in
Exhibit A" attached hereto, and described in Exhibit B".
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue
of the provisions of Section 8300 et. seq.of the Street and
Highways Code of the State of California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:00 pm on April 16,
1986, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers
at City Hall, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, is
hereby fixed as the place for hearing all persons interested
in the proposed vacation as above described.
SECTION 4. That the Director of Community Services
shall cause notice to be posted in the manner set forth in
Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same as to be
published or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19 W day of March, 1986.

That portion of Badillo Street in the City of Baldwin Park/
County of Los Angeles, State of California described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2 of Tract No. 40520 as
per map recorded in Book 984, Pages 94 and 95 of Maps in the
Office of the Recorder of said County, thence N 89° 16' 50" E
619.84 feet along the Easterly prolongation of the North line of
said Lot 2, thence S 4° 50' W 50.00 feet to the Northeast corner
of Lot 108 of Tract No. 962 as per map recorded in Book 21,
Pages 74 and 75 of Maps in the Office of the Recorder of said
County, thence N 86° 33' W 614.95 feet along the North line of
said Tract No. 962 to a point in the East line of Lot 2 of said
Tract No. 40520, thence N4° 30' 06" E 22.17 feet to the point of
beginning.
