A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE PROCEDURE FOR THE
ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANTS FOR FEDERAL-AID
REIMBURSEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Federal
Highway Administration a Procedure for the Engagement of
Consultants for Federal-Aid Reimbursement Projects has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, there now has been presented to this City
Council the Procedure" as required by the Federal Highway
Administration; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has now carefully examined and
reviewed the Procedure" as presented and is satisfied with its
contents.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Baldwin Park, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are true and correct.
SECTION 2. That the Procedure" as presented is hereby
approved and is ordered to be filed in the office of the City Clerk
as a permanent record and to remain open for public inspection.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this Resolution and the minutes of this
meeting shall so reflect the presentation of the Procedure for the
Engagement of Consultants for Federal-Aid Reimbursement Projects.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day^of April 1986.
