RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CONSENTING TO A
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SIERRA VISTA
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency the
Agency") has initiated proceedings for the adoption of a Redevelopment
Plan for the Sierra Vista Redevelopment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby consents to a
Joint Public Hearing with the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Baldwin Park on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Sierra Vista
Redevelopment Project at the following time and place:
Date: June 18, 1986
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Place: In Council Chambers
SECTION 2. The City Clerk, in cooperation with the
Secretary of the Agency, is authorized and directed to give notice
of such public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th May 1986.
