HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986 031 CC RESO1986 031 CC RESO;¢fìúRESOLUTION NO. 86-31 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the Government Code, the Director of Administrative Services does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability of funds for payment thereof, 1\^.AJ J^>. Director of Administrative Services SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period 04/20/86 through 05/03/86 inclusive, has been presented, ratified, and approved in the amount of $188,160.06. SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 45930 through 46041 inclusive, in the total amount of $415,536.53 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park have been presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same are hereby approved.
