A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
PROJECT: LITTLEJOHN EXTENSION)
APPLICANT: CITY OF BALDWIN PARK)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine as follows:
a) That the City proposes to construct
street and utility improvements in order to extend
Little John Street to Rivergrade Road for the purpose
of providing services for the future development of
thirty-six acre industrial park,
