A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL
STATEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT BONDS,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1
WHEREAS, Gunn Russell Copenhaver & Co., Inc. has
drafted and submitted a Preliminary Official Statement in
connection with the sale of bonds for Assessment District
No. 86-1, which has been reviewed by this Council and City
staff; and
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, as follows:
Section 1. That the form of the Preliminary Official
Statement prepared by Gunn Russell Copenhaver & Co., Inc., in
substantially the form presented to this Council, is hereby
approved and said firm may, with the approval of the Director
of community Services or his designee, complete said Official
Statement by the addition of certain factual information re-
quired to make it complete and to distribute it to prospective
purchasers of the bonds,
