HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986 049 CC RESO1986 049 CC RESO;¢fìùRESOLUTION NO. 86-49 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK NOW/ THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the Government Code, the Director of Administrative Services does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability of funds for payment thereof. t\kA. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period 06/01/86 through 06/14/86 inclusive, has been presented, ratified, and approved in the amount of $204,281.61. SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 46262 through 46425 inclusive, in the total amount of $481,857.04 constituting claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park have been presented to the City Council as required by law, and the same are hereby approved. 7 APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1986.
