A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING MAP OF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF DELTA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain Map prepared by the
Engineer of Work designated Proposed Boundaries of Delta
Assessment District No. 86-2", showing the boundaries of
proposed Delta Assessment District NO. 86-2 hereafter
District"), and all of the lots/ parcels or pieces of land
proposed to be assessed and included within said Distict
be, and the same hereby is, approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall endorse a certificate
on the Map evidencing the date and adoption of this Resolution
and shall file the original of the Map in the office of the
City clerk and shall record a copy of the Map with the County
Recorder.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
