A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK PRELIMINARILY ADOPTING,
CONFIRMING AND APPROVING ENGINEER'S REPORT
FOR PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2
AND APPOINTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING
PROTESTS TO PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, proceedings have been instituted for the
improvement of Delta Assessment District No. 86-2 hereafter
District") under the provisions of Division 12, Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, said division being
the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and
WHEREAS, the formation of the District, acquisition
of improvements in, and levy of assessments for, such District
have been consented to by all the owners of the property pro-
posed to be included in the Distrct; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 86-62 being the
Resolution of Intention for this improvement, was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park on August 6,
1986; and
WHEREAS/ the Report for the District, called for by
Resolution NO. 86-_____, adopted August 6, 1986, has been duly
prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Baldwin
Park; and
WHEREAS, the Report has been duly presented to and
considered by this City Council; and
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the report, including the plans,
specifications, general description, estimate of the cost of
acquisitions and improvements and incidental expense in
connection therewith, diagram and proposed assessment, are
hereby preliminarily adopted, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. That Wednesday, the 6th day of August,
1986, at 7:00 p-m./ or as soon thereafter as possible, in the
chambers of the City Council in the city Hall, 14403 East
Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, is hereby fixed as
the time and place for hearing protests to the proposed
improvements.

SECTION 3. The City Cleric shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
