RESOLUTION NO. 86-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DETERMINING UNPAID
ASSESSMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 86-2 AND THE MANNER OF PAYMENT
THEREOF AND LISTING BONDS ISSUED ON THE
SECURITY THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously undertaken
proceedings under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913,
Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code/ and has
confirmed an assessment which was recorded on the 7th day of
August, 1986 in the Office of the Superintendent of Streets
and the Assessment Diagram and Notice of Assessment was
recorded in the Office of the Los Angeles County Recorder on
August 1i 1986; and
WHEREAS, such proceedings of the City provide that
improvement bonds in the principal amount of $1,625,000
designated City of Baldwin Park, Improvement Bonds, Delta
Assessment District No. 86-2" the Bonds") will be issued
pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Division 10 of
said Code the 1915 Act"); and
WHEREAS, a list of unpaid assessments was
previously filed with the City Clerk pursuant to Section
8620 of the Streets and Highways Code, the aggregate amount
of which was $1,625,000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to the 1915
Act, has established the denomination of the Bonds and the
principal amounts to mature each year; and
WHEREAS, the Bonds are dated August 15, 1986, with
interest thereon payable semi-annually on March 2 and
September 2 of each year, to their respective dates of
maturity, commencing March 2, 1987, and maturing on
September 2 in the amounts and years and bearing interest
from their dates at the per annum rates set forth as
follows:

1986 082 CC RESO ;¢fì ø x NOW/ THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the unpaid assessments upon the
security of which the Bonds are issued are determined to be
as set forth in the recitals hereof.
SECTION 2. The unpaid assessments securing the
Bonds shall be payable in the manner provided in Section
8680, efc seq., of the Streets and Highways Code and shall be
payable in the same manner and at the same time and in the
same installments as the general taxes of the City on real
property are payable. Pursuant to Section 8682 of the
Streets and Highways Code/ a certified copy of this
Resolution and a copy of the List of Unpaid Assessments
shall be filed by the City Clerk in the office of the
Auditor of Los Angeles County, California. The County
Auditor shall enter in his assessment roll on which taxes
will next become due the amount coming due during the fiscal
year covered by the applicable assessment roll pursuant to
said Section 8682.

Baldwin Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at its regular
meeting of the City Council on the 27th day of August, 1986
by the following vote:
