A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
AMENDMENT TO JOINT EXERCISE OF
POWERS AGREEMENT FOR INSURANCE AND
RISK MANAGEMENT PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park is a
member of the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority antici-
pates expanding its programs to include certain funded and unfunded pooling
concepts; and
WHEREAS, said expansion of existing programs requires the
modification of the Authority's Joint Exercise Of Powers Agreement For
Insurance And Risk Management Purposes; and
WHEREAS, modifications to the Joint Exercise Of Powers Agreement
For Insurance And Risk Management Purposes require that two-thirds 2/3rds)
of the member cities elected bodies agree to the amendment.
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park does hereby approve the amended Joint Exercise Of
Powers Agreement For Insurance And Risk Management Purposes, which is
attached hereto, and which contains a notation of the cover page
ICRMA081386".
