HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986 086 CC RESO1986 086 CC RESOø^RESOLUTION NO. 86-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-86 SETTING FEES AND CHARGED FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES AND PERMITS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the cost of issuing, processing and filing various city services and permits shall be in accordance with the attached Chart of Fees and Charges/ marked Exhibit A" SECTION 2. That Resolution 84-86 and all amendments thereto, in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded. SECTION 3. That said Chart of Fees and Charges shall become effective October 1, 1986. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner requiredjsy law.
