A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A
BASIC SALARY PLAN UNCLASSIFIED
POSITIONS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by
this reference/ marked Exhibits A" and B", is a Basic Salary Plan,
adopted pursuant to Section 2.56.170 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code relating to positions in the City's employment which are desig-
nated and classed as Unclassified Service" positions in such employ.
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this Resolution shall be
construed as guaranteeing to any employee or official of the City any
vested interest in any salary or position.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or portions thereof/ in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That the employment agreement with the City
Manager is amended consistent with the terms of this Basic Salary
Plan Unclassified Service Positions).
SECTION 5. To achieve designation as a Certified Municipal
Clerk, a City Clerk must meet the certificatioin criteria as estab-
lished by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks organization.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof
of the City Manager/ each department head of the City and the Personnel
Officer.
