A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
ESTABLISHING LOCATIONS FOR POSTING
THE AGENDAS OF MEETINGS HELD BY
THE CITY
WHEREAS, Section 54954.2 of the Government Code of the
State of California requires that agendas be posted in a
location that is freely accessible to members of the public;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that these locations
be established by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That there shall be two locations
established for the posting of all agendas.
SECTION 2. That these locations shall be 1) the show
case by Council Chambers, City Hall; and 2) the exterior
window of the City Clerk's Office.
SECTION 3. That a certificate of posting shall be made
of all agendas posted and the certification kept on file in
the City Clerk's office.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the
book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON January 7, 1987.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park at its regular meeting of the City Council on the
7th day of January, 1987, by the following vote:
