A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE AN ALLEY EASEMENT LOCATED SOUTH OF
NUBIA, NORTH OF SCHOOL STREET, WEST OF MAINE
AVENUE AND EAST OF WIMMER AVENUE 87-V-2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of
that certain street easement as shown in Exhibit A" attached
hereto, and described in Exhibit B".
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the
provisions of Section 8300 et seq of the Street and Highways Code
of the State of California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:00 p.m. on June 17, 1987,
is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at City
Hall, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the
place for hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation
as above described.
SECTION 4. That the Director of Community Services shall
cause notice to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322
of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall c^use the same as to be

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park at its regular meeting of the City Council of
