A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING CERTAIN ACTIONS HERETOFORE
TAKEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That from May 6, 1987, through and including
July 21, 1987, inclusive, this City Council operated,
pursuant to law, with only two members; and
b) That each member of the City Council has
reviewed copies of the Agendas, Staff Reports and Minutes
relating to the following regular and adjourned regular
City Council meetings: May 6, May 13, and May 20, 1987;
June 3, and June 17, 1987;
21, 1987, inclusive; and
July 1, July 15, and July

c) That each member of the City Council is
thoroughly familiar with all of the matters considered and
acted upon by the City Council during the period May 6,
1987 through and including July 21, 1987; and
d) That, to the extent permitted by law, it is in
the public interest for this City Council to ratify and
confirm all actions taken by the City Council during the
period May 6, 1987 through July 21, 1987, inclusively.
SECTION 2. That this City Council does hereby approve, ratify,
readopt, reenact and validate each and every action taken by the City
Council at regular and adjourned regular City Council meetings held
during the period May 6, 1987 through July 21, 1987, inclusive.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on August 5, 1987.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
