DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The improvements consist of the construction of all street related
appurtenances necessary to provide a standard street section along
that portion of Ahern Drive immediately southwesterly of Pacific
Avenue. The street construction shall generally include fence
relocation, removal of unusable Portland Concrete Cement and
Asphalt Concrete materials, excavation and subgrade preparation,
construction of curbs, gutters/ sidewalks, drive approaches,
crushed aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, traffic striping
and markings and the adjustment of utility manholes, vaults and
valves to grade. Plans and specifications labeled Ahern Drive
Assessment District are on file in the City Engineer's office which
illustrate the extent and type of work.
