»3) That the general plan study may conclude that
proposed project is not a logical development
of the land; and
4) That the proposed development does not meet
the purpose and intent of the Planned
Development Overlay Ordinance.
SECTION 2.
That based upon the foregoing the
denies the herebefore described Plan.
City Council hereby
SECTION 3.
SECTION 4.
That the City Council relied upon the evidence presented
at the public hearing in making the above findings of fact
and in denying said Plan.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and forward a certified copy, hereof to the
Applicant and the Secretary of the Planning Commission.
