assessments within one hundred fifty 150) days following any
delinquency. It is further hereby ordered, that an investigation
be initiated as soon possible each year to determine all tax
delinquencies on all properties with the boundaries of the above-
referenced Assessment District; and
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
