A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE CITY'S
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND PUBLIC PROJECT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That those certain standard specifications
and standard drawings for public improvements and public projects,
dated March, 1969, adopted by Resolution No. 69-35 and amended by
Resolution No. 76-85, upon the recommendation of the Director of
Community Services are hereby amended to include the STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION 1988 Edition) and are
hereby adopted by the City Council of said City»
SECTION 2. That a copy of such standards are on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of the this Resolution and forward a certified copy
thereof to the Director of Community Services of the City of
Baldwin Park.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September,
1988.
