3) The proposed Use would be
inconsistent with that section of the
General Plan's economic element which
provides for the rejuvenation of the
central business district, and the
establishment of appropriate spatial and
land use relationships.
SECTION 3. Based upon these findings, the above described
Application, be, and hereby is, denied.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the
Secretary of the Planning Commission and to the applicant.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON OCTOBER 5, 1988.
