SECTION 4. That the City Council does hereby certify that
the Negative Declaration for this project has been prepared and con-
sidered pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of CEQA/ the
State CEQA guidelines, and the City procedures, and the same is hereby
approved and ordered filed. The City Clerk shall give notice of the
preparation and approval of the Negative Declaration in the manner
prescribed by law.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the
Secretary of the Planning Commission and to the Applicant.
