d) That the proposed use is not in
conformance with the General Plan because the
proposed modification will result in an inappropriate
mix of uses and the inherent related problems could
be detrimental to the health, safety and general
welfare of the residents of the City thereby eroding
the goals and objectives of the General Plan; and
e) That the modification is not required for
a reasonable use of the site pursuant to the permit.
SECTION 3. Based upon these findings, the above described
Application/ be/ and hereby is/ denied.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the
Secretary of the Planning Commission and to the applicant.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON NOVEMBER 2, 1988.
