A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
THE ISSUANCE OF 1989 TAX ALLOCATION
REFUNDING BONDS WEST RAMONA
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT) BY THE BALDWIN
PARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
the City") that:
WHEREAS, the Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency proposes
the issuance and sale of not to exceed $2,000,000 of 1989 Tax
Allocation Refunding Bonds West Ramona Boulevard Redevelopment
Project), to provide refinancing for the West Ramona Boulevard
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, said proposal has been reviewed and considered
by this City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED and DETERMINED as
follows:
SECTION 1. Approval is hereby given by the City to the
Baldwin Park Redevelopment Agency to issue not to exceed
$2/000/000 of 1989 Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds West Ramona
Redevelopment Project).
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall transmit a copy
of this Resolution to the Secretary of the Agency.
