SECTION 5. That the City Planner shall note the existence
of the Plan on the City's Official Zoning Map as adopted pursuant to
Section 17.06.020 of the Baldwin Park Zoning Code.
SECTION 6. That the City Planner shall be responsible for
the implementation and enforcement of the provisions of the Plan.
SECTION 7. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof
to the Secretary of the Planning Commission.
PASSED AND APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 15, 1989.
