»SECTION 3. Thafc the City Council relied upon the
evidence presented at the public hearing in making the above
findings of fact and in denying said Zoning Code Amendment.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Resolution and forward a certified copy
hereof to the Applicant and the Secretary of the Planning
Commission.
PASSED/ APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of
