»n) After the final map records, a sepia and
two b'lueline prints shall be submitted to the
Engineering Division at no cost to the City. Final
occupancy will not be granted until the recorded
map is received by the Engineering Division.
SECTION 5. That the City Council relied upon the
Administrative Record/ and the evidence presented at the
public hearing in making the above Findings of Fact, and in
reaching the conclusion that the Plan and Map should be
conditionally approved.
SECTION 6. That the City Council does hereby
approve, adopt/ and order filed, as a result of its said
considerations^ and Negative Declaration which has been
prepared and considered pursuant to the provisions of CEQA/
the State CEQA guidelines, and the City's procedures.
SECTION 7. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified
copy hereof to the Secretary of the Planning Commission and
to the Applicant. The City Clerk shall give notice of the
preparation and approval of the Negative Declaration in the
manner prescribed by laws.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day Of
