»RESOLUTION NO. 89-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
PROCLAIMING THE TERMINATION OF A
LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS/ a local emergency existed in the City of
Baldwin Park in accordance with the resolution thereof by the
City Council on the 12th day of December, 1988, as a result of
conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property
caused by a wind/firestorm; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions
of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the control of the
normal protective services, personnel, equipment, and facilities
of and within said City of Baldwin Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, State of California, does hereby proclaim the termination
of said local emergency.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1989.
