A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA
HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of
California Highway Patrol requires written training agreements
from any agency participating in training programs sponsored and
administered by the Department of California Highway Patrol; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Baldwin
Park desires from time to time to participate in certain training
programs sponsored and administered by the Department of
California Highway Patrol; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Baldwin Park City
Council that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to sign such training agreements.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1989.
