A RESOLUTION or THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AUTHORIZING ITS AGENT TO PROVIDE TO
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ASSURANCES
AND AGREEMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUCH
STATE DISASTER ASSISTANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that Michael Yelton, Acting City Manager, is hereby
autho).'authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Baldwin
Park, a public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, said application and to file it in the Office of
Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining certain state
financial assistance under the Natural Disaster Assistance Act.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1989.
