RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-4
SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR ISSUANCE,
PROCESSING AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES
PERMITS AND LICENSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 88-4 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Refuse Collection and Disposal
Residential Fees
One-Family Dwelling $ 8.00/month
Additional Services On-
Premises $20.00/month
More Frequent Curbside $20.00 per week of
refuse/week
More Frequent On-Premises $28.00 per week of
refuse/week
Senior Citizen Discount
65 years and older as
established by City) $ 5.00/month
Multiple Unit Complex $ 8.00/month/first
unit plus $5.45 each
additional unit.

SECTION 2. That all resolutions or portions thereof, in
conflict with, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December,
1989.
