A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A CITY/AGENCY LOAN
FUND AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
AND DELIVERY OF SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to California State Law, there is
attached herewith and becoming a part hereof a certain City/Agency
Loan Fund Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is satisfied with each and all
of the Recitals and Covenants set forth therein.
flow, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND DETERMINED,
as follows:
1. That the legislative body does hereby authorize
execution of the City/Agency Loan Fund Agreement by its duly
authorized designee.
2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 1990.
