A RESOLUTION or THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
CERTAIN REVISIONS AND FEE
ADJUSTMENTS IN TITLE 10 OF THE LOS
ANGELES COUNTY CODE AS IT IS
INCORPORATED IN BPMC SECTION
9.12.010
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the fee increases and revisions as adopted
by the County on June 19, 1990, in Title 10 of the Los Angeles
County Code, Animal Control, are reasonable and reflect service
enhancements to the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. That the city Clerk shall certify to the
adoptionof this Resolution, and forward certified copies to the
Los Angeles County Auditor-controller and the Baldwin Park Police
Department.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1990.
