A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89 95
SETTING SERVICE RATES FOR REFUSE COLLECTION
PURSUANT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AND WEBSTER'S REFUSE DISPOSAL FOR
COLLECTION OF SOLID WASTES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution 89-95 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Refuse Collection and Disposal"
Residential Fees
One Family Dwelling $ 8.83/month
Additional Services On-
Premises $ 22.08/month
More Frequent Curbside $ 22.08 per week of
refuse/week
More Frequent On-Premises $ 30.91 per week of
refuse/week
Senior Citizen Discount $ 5.52/month
Multiple Unit Complex $ 8.83/month for the
first unit plus
$ 6.02/month each
additional unit.

** Bins requiring more than 25 feet of movement will be charged an
individually negotiated rate depending upon requirements.
SECTION 2. That all resolutions or portions thereof, in
conflict with this resolution, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner required by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1991.
