HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991 048 CC RESO1991 048 CC RESO(Ìì½= RESOLUTION 91-48 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION 91-40 A CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY'S CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED POSITIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference marked Exhibit A", is a Classification Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 2.56.120 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to all positions in the City's employment which are designated Classified Service Employees" and Unclassified Service Employees" in such employ. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City Manager, each Department Head of the City and the Personnel Manager.
