Home My WebLink About1991 067 CC RESO1991 067 CC RESO(Ìì½ RESOLUTION NO. 91-67 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REVISING THE BAIL SCHEDULE FOR VEHICULAR REGULATION VIOLATIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The bail schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby established for violations of vehicular regulations as set forth in the Baldwin Park Municipal Code. SECTION 2. The amount of bail for a violation of any provisions of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code not specifically mentioned in Exhibit A" is hereby established at $50.00. SECTION 3. Resolution No. 86-107 and No. 91-62 of the City of Baldwin Park are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption hereof.
