A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
SETTING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1991-1992.
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution
requires the Legislative Body to establish an Appropriations Limit
annually beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by Section 7910 of
the Government Code, to establish its Appropriations Limit by
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Appropriations Limit documentation has been
available for public inspection for the required fifteen days, in
accordance with Section 7910 of the Government Code, prior to the
approval of the limit by the Legislative Body.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The Appropriations Limit for the fiscal year
1991-1992 has been determined to be $27,276,141.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and the same shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its adoption.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park this 4th day of March, 1992.
