A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE MEETINGS
AND CONFERENCES BUDGET OF THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to increase the Meetings
and Conferences Budget of the City Council by $1500;
WHEREAS, a budget amendment for $1500 will be necessary;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park that the Director of Administrative Services is
authorized to increase the Meetings and Conferences appropriation
in the General Fund for the City Council's budget as follows:
1. ADDITION
Account Number Account Name Amount
00.01.529 Meetings and Conferences $1,500
2. PURPOSE
To provide an additional appropriation amount for the U.S.
Conference of Mayors 61st Winter Meeting in Washington, D.C.,
January 17 19, 1993.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park this 16th day of December, 1992.
