A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE RESERVE
FUND FOR PC PURCHASE BY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to increase the Reserve
Fund for PC Purchases by Employees from $ 25,000 to $ 30,000;
WHEREAS, an appropriation from the Unappropriated Fund
Balance of the General Fund is required for this purpose;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park that the Director of Administrative Services is
authorized to transfer unappropriated general fund balance in the
amount of $ 5,000 to the reserve for PC Purchases by Employees
Fund as follows:
1. ADDITION

00.273 Reserve for PC Purchases by Employees
increase $ 5,000
2. PURPOSE
Reestablish an Employee Computer Purchase Loan Program with an
increase to the Reserve for PC Purchases by Employees Fund.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park this 16th day of December, 1992.
