A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 023 TO
LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5323 AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park entered into Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 07-5322 for Federal Aid the Agreement") on
or about July 8, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City and the State Department of Transportation
desire to supplement the Agreement to accomplish the construction
engineering and construction of the Francisquito Avenue Storm
Drain Project 07-LA-0-BWP, STPL-5323 001).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct and
are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Program Supplement No. 023 to Local Agency State
Agreement No. 07-5323 is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said Program Supplement.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October 1993.
