A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENT
INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTING TO THE
RECORDATION OF EASEMENT DEEDS
WHEREAS, in connection with the Cloverleaf Business Park
Project, the Los Angeles County Flood Control District has,
through its Board of Supervisors and officers, executed three 3)
Easement Deeds collectively referred to as the Easement Deeds")
granting to the City of Baldwin Park easements for:
1) Road, bridge, and appurtenances over the San Gabriel
River, Parcel No. 361, and Walnut Creek, Parcels Nos.
157 and 714 A;
2) Sewer line and appurtenances along San Gabriel River,
Parcel No. 391 and Walnut Creek, Parcels Nos. 155,
156, and 157; and
3) Ingress and egress along Walnut Creek, Parcels Nos.
156, 157, 712A, and 715A.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct
and are hereby incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. The interests in real property conveyed by the
Easement Deeds are hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to execute the appropriate Certificates of Acceptance
for each of the Easement Deeds.
SECTION 3. The City of Baldwin Park does hereby consent to
recordation of the Easement Deeds.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1993.
